ADGO Core Values
Worship and Adore God
This is the most important of our core values since it is only through God that all things are made possible. Everything that our firm works towards is for the glory of God, for He alone owns everything.

Embrace Discipline
As Architects, we are responsible for the built environment. Therefore living a disciplined life is not only very crucial to the success and progress of every project, but in life as well.
“Listen to counsel and accept discipline, That you may be wise the rest of your days.” – Proverbs 19:20
Establish Growth Goals
Everyone in the firm is encouraged to set intermediate and major goals. Intermediate goals keeps you moving towards a major goal. This is very important for their growth in the company and for their direction in life.

Create Opportunities
Architects and designers are artist by nature so creativity and innovation is expected from everyone in the office. Out of the box thinking is highly encouraged.

Take Actions
When goals are established, immediate action is expected. Procrastination has no place in our office. Proper planning should always be followed by concrete and doable actions.
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13
Nurture Relationships
Each person is expected to know and understand the importance of their designated roles and to accept the challenges of their given responsibility in the office.

“Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men,” – Colossians 3:23
Practice Humility
Pride and arrogance has no place in this office. Staying humble should be a daily practice as it keeps one grounded and open to different possibilities. Staying humble also acknowledges that our success is from God and apart from Him, we are nothing.
“The reward of humility and the fear of the LORD Are riches, honor and life.” – Proverbs 22:4
“Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves;” – Philippians 2:3
Pursue Integrity
Choosing to do the right thing, especially when no one is watching, is expected of everyone. Doing honorable work means approaching it with integrity and good character. That is why in ADGO Architects, we only use licensed and original softwares. Even if the cost is high, its the right thing to do and it honors God. Plus, it makes our office a safe and secure place to work.
“He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much; and he who is unrighteous in a very little thing is unrighteous also in much.” – Luke 16:10
Always be Thankful
Always be Thankful – being thankful in everything is a value that we instill in everyone. Regardless of anything that happens, whether good or bad, we have to be thankful for God has a purpose for everything.

Diversity In Teamwork
The strength and success of the firm lies in the collective effort of the team, not through individual actions. We value the individual contribution of each member but it is the total combination of these contribution that makes each project successful.
