Jea De Vera is a Project team member in the Production Department. She joined the team in 2023.

Jea thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing organization and a goal-oriented approach. She utilizes critical thinking skills, which hones her problem-solving abilities, specially in the technical field. She excels by setting her priorities under tight schedules; working efficiently to complete multiple tasks on time, without sacrificing quality.

Jea embodies the spirit of teamwork. She fosters collaboration by keeping team members informed of progress, ensuring alignment with project goals, and readily providing assistance to maintain project momentum.

Since joining the ADGO company, Jea has actively participated in a diverse range of projects, gaining valuable experience and contributing significantly to their success. Upon joining the team, Jea immediately began contributing to the ongoing development of the VCGT Warehouse Compound at Silang, Cavite. She then played a key role from its initial production stage to its successful progress in the following projects: Shoe Salon Office and Mercantile Building, at the 20th Avenue, Quezon City; Chemphil Warehouse Complex, located at Meycauayan, Bulacan; and First SLP Warehouse Complex, at Misamis Oriental, Mindoro.

These diverse projects have fostered significant growth in Jea’s architectural skills. She remains committed to continuous learning and professional development on her architectural journey.
