Senior Architect, Production Department Head

Shealla Bigalbal is a Senior Architect and Production Department Head at ADGO, joining the firm in 2015.

Shealla brings a welcome blend of design and coordination skills to our team. In her first few years with the firm, she was a Project Lead in the Design Department where she prepared presentation materials to clients, then later on created working drawings and coordinated with various engineering consultants. She was eventually promoted to Production Department Head in 2020.

Shealla is blessed with a great sense of humor and a charming personality, making her a good leader and mentor to her team members. Because of her reliability and persistence, she can adapt to any situation and handle tasks with precision, not afraid to take on challenging responsibilities given to her.

The most significant project she has worked on is the Primer Workplays in Manila, an extensive renovation of a warehouse into an office building. Her strength lies in anticipating potential problems and clearly communicating her ideas so they can be translated properly into the design. Apart from ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of all working drawings, she lends her meticulous attention to detail in administrative and marketing matters, such as serving as Project Manager of the ADGO coffee table book for the firm’s 25th anniversary.
