Over the last 15 years, Daniel has designed three beautiful buildings for the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL). Those buildings reveal the creativity and commitment to excellence of Daniel and ADGO. Behind those buildings is an unseen group of dedicated professionals that I admire. I would like to highlight two of the qualities of the team that I have observed repeatedly – servanthood and integrity.
Servanthood. One of the core values of ADGO is to practice humility. In a profession where revisions are the norm, maintaining a humble attitude can be a challenge. Daniel and his team have always demonstrated humility by serving IGSL through delivering what we wanted, not what they wanted. Once, the week before the bidding documents for one of our buildings were to be released, IGSL made a last minute decision to add a half-basement parking to it. Daniel and his team worked hard to revise the plan in just two days.
Integrity. Another core value of ADGO is to pursue integrity. Daniel is a person of character and his team follows his example. What he says, he will do. I have seen him make sacrifices to keep his word many times. But behind integrity is ADGO’s first core value to love God above all. He seeks to please his clients because he seeks to please his God. I can attest that honoring God stands as his primary motivation.
Daniel and ADGO, congratulations for 25 years of outstanding service and eye-catching accomplishments. You live out your core values, not merely display them on your wall. It has been a joy and privilege working with you.
